CONDITIONS

Academic Program

  • Summer School '22 program will be 2 weeks or 1 month, upon your selection.

  • Certificates will be handed out only to students who attend all days of the program, and prepare a brief presentation to be presented at the closing ceremony.

  • Students are expected to comply with the rules and regulations set by each department; which will be announced upon arrival at the hospital.

  • During training days, students might have to miss one day of the social program to attend an overnight training in the Emergency Room of each department.

Stay

  • The SSS is not responsible for any lost or damaged property.

  • Applicants are expected to understand and respect the cultural differences between Egypt and their own nation.

  • Students are expected to stick to the recommendations of the Summer School team.

Social Program

  • Once you’ve decided to join our social program extension, you get to visit the magnificent Dahab & St Catherine.

Program Fees

  • The fees are mentioned on the fees section on the website

  • Fees EXCLUDE
    -Flight ticket to and from Cairo
    -Visa issuance fees
    -Touristic attractions entrance fees
    -Medical insurance
    -International money transfer fees
    -Social extension trips

Requirements

  • Good command of English language as it is the official language of the clerkship.

  • Proof of enrollment in your medical school.

  • A digitally scanned copy of your passport.

  • A digitally scanned copy of a passport-size photo.

  • A copy of payment receipt before the deadline specified in the acceptance email.

  • A copy of the flight ticket to Cairo before the deadline mentioned in the sent email.
